What’s to like about the trail:  Hike with ponies! Hike with the stars! Hike for the vistas….a well-designed park trail system each with a unique offering.
Why go for a hike on this trail:   California’s balds meet Maine’s pines. Open estate hikes with premium views and fun rock scrambles.
Best time to go for a hike on this trail:  Spring, Summer and Fall.

Summary: This summary is a tad different since there are multiple hikes to take in while at Grayson. Grayson offers opportunity for hiking, camping, star gazing and AT thru hiking.
The park has an excellent trail system that is well marked and color coded. The visitor center is equipped for your day or night needs and best of all the park takes you away from the hustle and bustle.
