  1. Seasonal pick your own fruits and vegetables.
  2. No entrance fee but rather a per bucket fee .
  3. Check their website before going to verify what is available to pick and confirm hours
  4. Get there early!! or face limited options and avoid melting in the summer heat.
  5. Wear bug spray, sunscreen and a hat.

5 THINGS TO KNOW: 
  1. 172 acres resides on the Blandy Farm run by the University of Virginia
  2. No entrance fee.
  3. Is host to America's largest Boxwood library, also a collection of State awarded champion trees and 300 Ginko tree grove
  4. Pet accessible
  5. Great place to picnic.
HIKES

  1. Parking area has 10 spots or less
  2. Trail is part of the Appalachian Trail and connects to Sky Meadows State Park
  3. Camping available at Manassas Gap Shelter
  4. Trail is marked with white hash
  5. Trail is 4.8 miles round trip and is considered difficult due to terrain.

  1. $10.00 entrance fee
  2. Other activities: camping , horseback riding, trail running.
  3. Park is a recognized as a Dark Sky Park
  4. Recommended for Ages 6+
  5. Twenty two miles of well maintained and managed trails presented ala carte . (the Appalachian trail even makes an appearance at the park)

  2. Recommended for Ages 6+
  3. Trail can become waterlogged in Spring & Fall.
  4. No Camping available
  5. Trail is 3.9miles round trip and is considered difficult due to terrain and water crossings.

  2. Pick up their peach bbq sauce and peach vinagrette! 
  3. Sits in  between sky meadows and Hollins farm.
  4. Other activities: picking your own produce 
  5. Wonderful vistas to sit back and gaze upon as you sip.
