The Experience
You will love: A stellar five star 360-degree summit view.
You need to know:
Your trail experience begins at the end of Moles Road. (Note: Moles Road is a single lane gravel road meandering up the mountain side). The trail is found alongside the dedicated parking lot and starts with a leg burner stair climb. In fact words of truth here, this trail is a straight incline for 1.1 miles. The trail is mainly compacted dirt and small loose rocks. While short in distance, this little hike will work your lungs as you head up to a summit elevation of 3,971 feet.
About that summit, its treeless, has grassy plains, large rock features and is heavily guard railed to shuttle you through protected areas to a by golly 360 degree view. Once you have soaked in the view, retrace your steps to your car.
HIKE ON!
